Integrated Crop management

Comprises of Integrated Nutrient Management (INM) and Integrated pest management (IPM), Soil analysis and use of organic, bio and chemical fertilizer on the basis of recommendation of soil analysis,  pest and disease management through cultural, mechanical, biological and chemical means.

Current Status:

About 500 farmers from South 24 Parganas and Burdwan districts are using this technology in paddy-vegetable-pulse and Paddy-Potato-Oilseed cropping system. 

 

They could increase the production level and achieve an increase in the profit up to 30%.
